CBC’s Media Solutions is looking for an experienced Analyst, Programmatic to join their team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for programmatic open market yield analysis, reporting advertising revenue, and will build relationships across the organization as well as with demand-side partners.

How you will make a difference, you will:
Analyze. You will monitor the daily performance of programmatic open market exchanges; focusing on maximizing sell-through rate, eCPMs and revenue generation.
Report. You will maintain automated reporting and will work with the Business Intelligence team to create revenue dashboards. You will generate custom reports for internal teams on an on-request basis.
Collaborate. You will work closely with Ad Operations and Revenue Optimization to develop solutions that are in line with the goals of Media Solutions, and the CBC at large. You will build positive relationships with the open market exchange demand partners; leveraging these connections to stay on top of new features and best practices.
Own. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of open market programmatic demand; ensuring that the company meets or exceeds its targets. To do so, you will maintain a balance of brand safety and revenue through moderation of industry-level filters, white lists, blacklists, and individual creative releases.
Recommend. You will proactively recommend, and execute on, floor prices and eCPM across all demand platforms. You will troubleshoot any issues that arise with exchange; creating solutions and providing support whenever needed.

What you bring:
The education and experience. You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific field and have worked in digital publishing for 3+ years. You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic demand partner analysis.
The technical knowledge. You are well-versed in Google Ad Manager as well as multiple programmatic demand channel UIs. You are familiar with ADX, Index Exchange, AppNexus, Amazon interfaces among others.
Analytical mindset. You approach problems tactically and constantly use data to re-evaluate your strategies. You are excellent at building financial models.
The communication skills. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to write clear, concise emails and can present to small groups.
The relationship-building expertise. You can nurture strong two-way relationships with clients, peers, partners, and external technology vendors.
