This position can be based in either Toronto or in Montreal.
CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking an experienced Land Specialist to support the Transmission Real Estate Solutions team, conducting investigation of our owned or leased sites. You will act as the lead in the investigation and resolution of land use issues, working nationally with internal and external business, engineering and operations partners; and coordinate logistics and administrative requirements in respect of land use. You will clarify ownership, confirm road access, examine easements and right of ways, and conduct title searches. You will review and summarize land surveys and engineering documents. Working with the team you may, on occasion, be required to prepare supporting documentation for the sale or acquisition of property.
