Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Products, we have an opening for a Director, Team Development, Digital Products. With a focus on employee success and people management, this is an opportunity to be part of an organization committed to investing in their senior management team of 10 and greater through the increased roll out of our values, capabilities development and performance management activities. It’s a rare opportunity to step into an established national corporation and build out a strategic plan to grow and support an Agile team of 75+ Developers, Architects, Team Leads, and QA Analysts. This is a critical position that will empower our teams, influence our direction and directly impact our ability to scale.
